In past years booking the batting cage was always a hassle.  You had to get a hold of a board member, and then had to reserve your time.  This year we're going to an online Google Doc system for booking the batting cage. 

The Batting Cage google doc is ONLY being shared with Majors, Minors, Rookie Minors, and Softball Managers. 

• All Managers should have a KEY to the Batting Cage.  1 Key per team. NO ONE ELSE should have a key.
• Coaches CANNOT book the batting cage. ONLY Managers.
• No One is to use the batting cage without a booking in 2022.
• There should always be 5 Tee's in the cage for use during a session, PLEASE keep them in the cage when done. 
• We have ordered more cage balls.  Please make sure they don't go missing, they're EXPENSIVE.
• Please make sure to leave the cage how you found it, and make sure you LOCK it up, and turn off the lights.
• The cage can be booked up to 1 week ahead of schedule, and the cage bookings are for 90 minutes at a time.
• Times do not change. (For example do not book the cage from 5:00 to 6:30)

To Book A Time

Simply go to the line for the slot you want and replace TEAM / DIV  with your Managers Last Name, and the DIVISION you're in.

EXAMPLE   5:30pm - 7:00pm Team / DIV      Becomes      5:30pm - 7:00pm Smith / MAJORS

Weekday slots are 

• 4:00pm - 5:30pm
• 5:30pm - 7:00pm
• 7:00pm - 8:30pm

Weekend slots are

• 8:30am - 10:00am
• 10:00am - 11:30am
• 11:30am - 1:00pm
• 1:00pm - 2:30pm
• 2:30pm - 4:00pm
• 4:00pm - 5:30pm
• 5:30pm - 7:00pm
• 7:00pm - 8:30pm
