What are All-Stars?
All-Stars are competitive post season tournament teams formed to compete in tournaments or exhibition games at the conclusion of the LLL house season (mid-June). To be eligible to play on an All-Star team, players must meet age requirements outlined below and reside or attend school within the LLL boundaries. Please click here to review the catchment information.
These teams are coach selected. To be considered for an All-Stars opportunity, players need to attend all scheduled assessments, usually held in early June. Players will be selected to these teams based on the following factors:
Evaluation of play during the regular season and feedback from all coaches in each division for the regular season, including sportsmanship
Performance during the open clinics/try outs
Selections will also take into account specific positional requirements for the respective team
What is the cost?
Players that are placed on a team will be required to pay additional fees for uniforms (approx. $250) plus any travel expenses. No player will be denied the opportunity to play on any of these teams if the fee might prevent them from doing so – please be in touch with the Registrar.

Player Evaluations/Try Outs
Parents will be excused from participating in and asked to avoid communicating with the players during tryouts. If a parent is found to be communicating with a player (eg: coaching from the fence), they will be given a verbal warning. If the parent fails to observe the verbal warning and continues to communicate or coach a player from off the field, the player and parent will be excused from the current day tryout. The player will not be eliminated from the All-Star selection process but will be given a conditional invitation to the following tryouts. Only if the parent refuses to follow the conditions of the secondary invitation will the player be removed from the current year All-Star selection process.
Players cannot miss any tryouts, unless approved by the selection committee. There will be a minimum of 2 tryouts and will last for approximately 2 hours each, unless otherwise noted.
